Shannon Lake is a suburban area perfectly suited for those who want to live an active lifestyle. Within the Shannon Lake area you can find the Shannon Lake Golf Club, access to paragliding, as well as Shannon Lake and its surrounding park trails. Not only does this area boast many activities, it also has an elementary school and many ranges of small and large family housing. Shannon Lake borders the highway as well as Westbank Centre, making it accessible to shopping and other amenities either in West Kelowna, or just over the bridge in Kelowna.
