Over 7,500 undergraduate and graduate students living both on campus and in Kelowna attend the University of British Columbia’s Okanagan Campus (UBCO). The University District’s off-campus housing is primarily located at Quail Ridge, the Okanagan Golf Club development. This is the only neighbourhood in Kelowna where UBCO students can walk to and from school. There are two condominium developments, along with beautiful single-family dwellings situated among tall pine trees or along the lush golf course. This quiet neighbourhood is only two minutes from the Kelowna airport, and close to all the amenities offered in Kelowna.
