A quaint area consisting of suburbs and elementary schools, South Rutland is most desirable for young families. South Rutland lays between Springfield and Highway 33, two very central commuting routes, allowing for very easy access to the remainder of the city and its surrounding areas. This area hosts access to great outdoor trails and parks such as the Mission Creek Regional Park, as well as being closely located to Orchard Park Shopping Centre and the many surrounding businesses. South Rutland is a perfect area for small families who desire a suburban feel, while being readily accessible to the rest of Kelowna.
