This area gloriously overlooks the city, providing breathtaking views and dock-side access to the shorefront homes. West Kelowna Estates is close to the highway and the bridge, making it very accessible to either Kelowna or West Kelowna commercial districts. A short drive from Kelowna’s downtown core resides another commercial district, consisting of big box retailers, restaurants, local retailers, a cinema, supermarkets, the Two Eagles Golf Course, and the largest Wal-Mart in Western Canada.
